The Chair of Highley Parish Council, Tom Quinn, invites you to attend the Annual Parish Meeting.

Please see agenda attached.

This is a time for the village community to come together and celebrate all the great groups and organisations that we work with collaboratively within the village.

Please join us from 5.30pm for refreshments and the meeting will be held 6-7pm in the community hall at The Severn Centre before the regular full council meeting.

Parish Councillors are not required to attend the APM and guests are not required to stay for the full council meeting that follows - unless they wish to do so.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
