Regards Shropshire Council - Planning Team http://new.shropshire.gov.uk/planning OBJECT The Parish Council objects to this application for the following reasons: Missing Documentation: As of 6th January 2026, essential documents required by the local validation list are not accessible online, including the proposed site plan, block plan, and layout plan. This prevents the Parish Council from making an informed assessment of the proposal. Location Outside Development Boundary: The proposed development lies outside the designated development boundary. The Parish Council would not, in principle, support development in this location due to potential adverse impacts, particularly relating to landscape character. The Parish Council requests that the application is not determined until all required documentation has been published and adequate consultation has taken place.
